大发快三平台 Savannah聽is pleased to spotlight聽Joseph 鈥淛oe鈥� Higgins,聽ISC of聽Location 1160 鈥� Savannah, GA.聽Joe started his career as an ISC with 大发快三平台 Savannah nearly 9 years ago, and has recently become the recipient of the聽Marne Rockstar Award for his dedication to and support of our area鈥檚 veterans.
In recognition of his award, Georgia House Representative, the Honorable Earl 鈥淏uddy鈥� Carter, recently recognized Joe鈥檚 service on the House of Representatives floor making it a part of the Congressional Record.
Joe is currently the Chairman of the Chatham County Veterans Council and Commander of the American Legion Post 184. Joe is also a member of five other Veteran organizations in Southeast Georgia.
